Easy Yucatan Shrimp

by Victor Salazar

One little jar of Yucatan marinade will have you cooking up gorgeous meals with ease!

These little jars are so easy to use! Here's how Kylie Perrotti of @triedandtruerecipes made these gorgeous shrimp!

Shake up the marinade in the jar to reincorporate. Separation is normal!

🦐 Combine 1 pound shrimp with 2 tablespoons Yucatán marinade in a bowl. No need to add salt unless you want it a little extra salty! Toss to coat.

⏱ Transfer to the fridge for 15-30 minutes.

🔥 Add 1 teaspoon oil to a skillet over high heat. Add half the shrimp in an even layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until just opaque. Transfer to a plate. Add the remaining shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes. Flip and pour in leftover marinade from the bowl. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Transfer the remaining shrimp to the bowl and drizzle any sauce from the skillet over the shrimp.

🍽 Serve it up with some sliced jalapeño, cilantro, and lime wedges. Enjoy with rice on the side if you like. Enjoy!
